Eating at the Blue Anchor
The Blue Anchor offers you the choice of eating either in the Restaurant or more informally downstairs in the pub.
Wherever you choose to eat the menus are all based around locally grown/reared produce prepared to the highest standards.
Upstairs is a purpose built restaurant able to seat up to 80 people. The restaurant has won a number of awards and is Egon Ronay recommended.

The Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 7:00PM until 9:30PM;

We also offer a comprehensive choice of bar meals at the following times:

lunchtimes Monday to Saturday from 12:00PM until 2:00PM

evenings Monday to Friday from 6:00PM to 8:00PM
Sunday lunch is served from 12:30 to 2:30PM - but please note that booking is essential.

Booking a table in the restaurant for the evening is also strongly advised, as the restaurant can become very busy.
So to ensure you get a table at the time you want please call us on 01446 750329 to check availability and to reserve a table.

We are now accepting bookings for both lunchtime and evening Christmas celebrations at the Blue Anchor Aberthaw - the restaurant is open for lunch througout December.
